Amorim NRT inlay is a cork layer placed very close to the noise source that dissipates energy transmitted by the foot when hitting the floor.
Amorim NRT Pre-Attached Underlayment acts like the traditional underlay, preventing the transmission of mechanical energy through the slab.
Our materials are manufactured with NRT - Noise Reduction Technology, which in addition to greater noise reduction, preserves all its characteristics over time.
A cork backing solution of 1mm can improve acoustic performance by up to 7dB where it is applied. It also provides a compressive strength above 400 kPa, assuring the higher requirements of MMFA for polymer core floors.
