Sin Plan Bar, Fuori Salone
Cork Pure Floor & Wall by Wicanders shapes immersive bar at Fuori Salone in Milan
Cork’s versatility showcased through its continuous application on floors and walls in a contemporary and sensory concept Case StudiesThe Sin Plan Bar, an installation presented during Fuori Salone in Milan, results from a collaboration between the premium whisky brand NEIT and Cork Pure Floor & Wall by Wicanders, from Amorim Cork Solutions, bringing together design, more sustainable materials and brand experience in an immersive space.
Integrated into one of the most relevant international design events, which brings together brands and creatives through installations in unexpected venues such as museums, churches, bars and restaurants, the project was conceived to deliver a distinctive sensory experience, where cork plays a central role.
At the core of the concept is the application of Cork Pure Floor & Wall, a solution that highlights the versatility of cork, being used continuously across both flooring and walls.
This approach creates a cohesive and immersive environment, where the continuous application of the product reinforces the identity of the space with a contemporary image, contributing to an immersive experience.
The use of this system demonstrates the potential of Wicanders solutions beyond traditional applications, offering creative freedom to designers and enabling the development of integrated and distinctive concepts.
The natural properties of cork, such as comfort, thermal sensation and acoustic performance, also contribute to the quality of the space, particularly relevant in hospitality environments.
The Sin Plan Bar stands as an example of how cork can be used as a contemporary and versatile material, capable of transforming spaces into memorable experiences, while also highlighting the growing confidence of premium brands in cork as a sustainable and visually distinctive solution.
